La Roux is an English synthpop duo. Their influences are from the 80's like Depeche Mode, The Human League, Heaven 17... among others. Roux is french for redhead. This is their first album released in June.

Röyksopp
Norwegian electronic music duo. The group formed officially in 1998 and released their debut album Melody A.M. on Wall of Sound in 2001. Many Röyksopp tracks have been used in commercials or as background music in television programs and movies.

Passion Pit
Band from Cambridge, Massachusetts. Formed in 2007, they were voted the Best New Act in the Boston Phoenix's Best Music Poll. Manners is thei r first album, released on May 18, 2009. It has already been said that this might be one of the best albums of the year.
